Prime Time Communications also recently announced it's buying MSTAR, a service provider on the UTOPIA network. Purchasing a non facilities based provider with debt on an open access network with numerous other service providers seems dubious at best, especially considering MSTAR's position as the sole video provider on UTOPIA will soon change if UTOPIA completes installation of their own head end.

They also seem to now serve a few of Zoomy Communications former communities.
