Enablence Acquires Wave7

No matter how you slice it, selling a company like Wave7 for $10million and change is a fire sale.

Selling to a components company with no system experience is even worse.

Selling to a PLC triplexer company with no large customers is about as bad as it gets.

So what does one do if they are a current Wave7 customer? Start planning for the transition.
