I am still amazed at the press that Corning is getting from this fiber when NTT presented similar fiber over a year earlier.
Can anyone explain the difference between this Corning fiber and the NTT fiber that they've been using in Japan? I picked up a sample of the NTT fiber at NFOEC, and even they couldn't explain what was different from the Corning fiber (other than km's deployed).
