Quote of the week, from TelstraClear's CEO, "... improved residential networks would be used for downloading movies and pornography and would not contribute to national productivity".
Note that this is not from a politician, this is from a telecommunications company's CEO. Amazing.
At least this time it wasn't in the U.S.
